Brain Food

They say you are what you eat. And we’ve all heard a million times the importance of a healthy diet. Never skip breakfast because thinking is hard work on an empty stomach. And as far as foods that boost brain power, always fill up on the best. It’s the smart thing to do.

Geek Power

Once upon a time, being smart used to be seen as so not cool. But nowadays, being smart is an asset. We live in an information age and knowing how to navigate through all that will definitely put you ahead of your peers. It’s also good to know that despite all the advances in technology, the human mind is still highly prized. So consider how you spend your time and who you spend it with. It’s like Frederick Douglass said: “People might not get all they work for in this world, but they must certainly work for all they get.”
