As a follow-up to last week’s post on the art of critique, I thought I’d share a tip I find very useful. Whenever it comes to confronting someone, it helps to be sure. Of course, being 100% certain is quite tricky, even with all the cunning ways out there. And even though you’re convinced this person isn’t being entirely honest, they might be telling the truth. As always, proceed with caution.
